1、中华心血管病杂志2000年6月第28卷第3期 ChinJCardiol,June2000,Vol.28No.3·177··高血压研究·高血压病大动脉扩张性与左室肥厚关系的探讨王宏宇 张维忠 龚兰生 李志明 邱慧丽 范明昌 吴美枝【摘要】 目的 探讨高血压病(essentialhypertension,EH)患者大动脉扩张性降低与左室肥厚的关系。方法 分别应用脉搏波传导速度自动测量系统和超声心动图对颈动脉2股动脉脉搏波传导速度(pulsewavevelocity,PWV)和左室结构进行观察。PWV为评价大动脉扩张
2、性的指标;室间隔厚度,左室后壁厚度,左室重量指数作为评价左室肥厚的指标;左室相对厚度,即室间隔与左室后壁厚度之和与左室舒张末径之比用于评价左室向心性重塑。结果 PWV在左室肥厚组明显高于无肥厚组[(11152±2145)m/s:(10180±1195)m/s,P=010013]。左室发生向心性重塑者与未发生重塑者相比PWV差异无显著性[(11110±21310)m/s:(10199±1199)m/s,P=016816]。结论 左室肥厚的EH患者大动脉扩张性显著降低,大动脉扩张性降低是导致EH患者左室肥厚的重要原
