1、提要目的：观察益气健脾和胃法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的有效性及安全性，及相对西药吗丁啉的优势，为临床提供依据。方法：按照糖尿病性胃轻瘫的诊断标准，依据纳入标准和排除标准选择60例糖尿病性胃轻瘫的患者，随机分为研究组、对照组，每组各30例。两组患者均予糖尿病教育、合理饮食及运动、口服降糖药或胰岛素降糖治疗，将血糖控制在较好水平，不使用其它促胃动力药物。研究组予补中益气汤加减治疗，对照组予吗丁啉5mg，每日3次，餐前30分钟口服，疗程均为3周。通过对临床症状、血糖等观察指标，根据症状评分作为疗效评价指标，进行数据统计分析，比较两组的疗

2、效。结果：经临床观察，对照组与研究组在改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床症状上均有疗效，研究组疗效明显优于对照组。研究组中药治疗控制血糖疗效优于对照组。结论：补中益气汤加减治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫在控制血糖、改善胃轻瘫临床症状方面优于吗丁啉，明显改善了患者临床症状。说明益气健脾和胃法对于糖尿病性胃轻瘫的治疗有良好的效果。关键词糖尿病性胃轻瘫；益气健脾和胃法；补中益气汤加减；临床研究ClinicalResearchonSupplementingQitoReinforceSpleenandStomachTreatmentofDiabeticGas
