2、outsourcingisdevelopingrapidly,sincetheKodaksuccessfullyoutsourceditsinformationsystemstoIBMin1989．Inordertoachievethestratigiesandireprovethecompenteces．moreandmorecompaniesmaketheIToutsourcingtogainprofessionalITservies．However,somestateticseshaveshowedthatmostofcompaniesth

3、oughtthattheIToutsourcingdidn’tmaketheexpectedprofits．Meanwhile，afterthesignementofITcontracts，managemingtherelationofIToutsourcingbecomesmoredifficult．ClientsalwayshavelittleknowledgeaboutIT,whichbecomemoreseriousaftertheIToutsourcing．Thesuppliersalsoknowlittleaboutchlient’S

4、business．thesecancausetheinformationasymmetryamongthecoilaboration．Thesuppliercantakeactionsbyuseoftheinformationasymmetrytodamagetheclient'sinterest．Thesuppliermayprovideunqualifiedstafforservice．Thesuppliermayupdatetheclient’SIT／ISoutoftime．Theclientmayhideitsbusinessinform

5、ationbymeansofinformationasymmetry,whicharisetheoperationalcostandriskforthesupplier．ThePaperconductsresearchabouthowtoestablishanddevelopthetrustbetweentheclientandsupplierinIToutsourcingtoresolvetheproblemscausedbytheinformationasymmetry．Thethesisismainlywithacademicanlysis
