2、mmittedtoworkinginthesamewayourselvesandthisdocumentwilloutlineaconsistentcommissioningframeworktoimprovecommunicationandensureasharedvisionofhowwewillworktogetherinthefuture.OurCommissioningIntentionsDemandfromthewiderangeofpeoplewhoneedpublicservicesisincreasingwhilstfundingisdecreasing

3、.Weknowthereismorewecandotoencourageindividualsandfamiliestoleadhealthier,moreindependentlives–andtoassistpeopletoliveindependentlyforlonger.Thiswillreducepressureonthepublicpursewhilstleadingtoabetterqualityoflifeforeveryone.Thisapproachisrelevanttothosewithphysicalandmentalhealthconditi

4、onsandthosecaringforthem,childrenandadultsatallstagesoflifeanditisastrueforpeoplestrugglingwithcrime,housingandemploymentissuesasthosewithhealthand/orsocialcareneeds.Thevoluntaryandcommunitysectorhasavitalandgrowingparttoplayinthewayweworkwithallgroupsandwearekeentoincludetheminourstrateg

5、icapproach.Ascommissioners,wewanttospendlessontraditionalwaysofworkingandmorewiththevoluntaryandcommunitysectortoenablepeopletolivewell.Linkedtotheevidence-basedFiveWaystoWellbeing(NewEconomicsFoundation2008)weaimtocommissionservicesthatenablepeopleto:§Makeinformeddecisions§Findtherightop
