1、摘要随着信息技术的不断发展，Blog风靡起来。通过Internet,任何人可以在任何时间进入网络闩1己，利用BlogI己录个人的心得体会、经验想法，将Blog作为知识积累的容器。I己录的内容可以是个人心中所想，也可以是一群人基于某个特定主题、某种特定兴趣或某些共同利益的集体创作。这在很大程度上给学习者带来一些潜在性启发，因为隐性知识不易用言语表达，且不易传播。所以利用Blog能促进学习者隐性知识的获得。应用Blog积累的知识虽然资源丰富，但未经科学分类的信息很容易形成垃圾信息，导致学生产生模糊的知识框架，走入知识误区。如果能建立专
2、门的Blog网站，有针对性地引导学生有效地积累知识，并系统地进行知识管理，这样就可以使学生合理地利用现有的大量学习资源，实现良性意义的知识建构。所以，根据以上对基于Blog的知识管理的利弊分析，我们可以得出，如果在教育教学应用中将Blog技术与传统的知识管理理论结合起来，就能够扬长避短，所以本系统就是在这样的背景下应运而生。提出以Blog的呈现方式对教育技术的相关知识和经验进行管理、分类和整合，搭建一个棊于知识博客(K-Log)的教育技术知识管理与交流平台。关键词：隐性知识；知识博客；知识管理；教育技术>AbstractWitht
