6、···································.42摘要当前,在国际化的市场竞争环境中,在全球一体化的经济背景下,供应链管理的优劣无论在经济繁荣时期还是经济衰退时期都显示出了它的重要性,采购作为供应链整体结构中不可忽视的环节对整个供应链具有风向标和缓冲器的作用,采购的职能也从原来的议价和购买逐渐延伸到了需求预测、采购策略分析、供应商开发、库存管理的各个方面,采购已经不单纯是企业内部行为,而是融内部组织协调与外部资源管理于一体的综合职能。在现代制造业中,供应链采购已逐步代替传统采
7、购,采购信息不仅传递着承上启下的供需关系,也是市场需求的代言人,更是企业制定战略方针的重要参考依据。本文研究了制造业中的供应链采购管理,探讨了如何从采购的角度优化供应链从而达到降低成本,提高效率,进一步提升企业竞争力的目的。制造业中的采购不同于一般同用品等的采购,客户的个性化定制,指定供应商和交付方式多样化等是制造型企业采购的特殊之处,传统的采购是为库存而采购,只关注企业内部库存和销售量,依计划采购,而现代制造业以客户需求为导向,在确保一定客户服务水平的条件下必须尽量压缩库存,规避潜在风险,这就要求上
8、游品牌企业提供准确的市场预测,生产企业要具备足够但不冗余的原材料储备,下游供应商要能快速响应变化的市场环境,这一切的实现均离不开信息化。本文在阐述采购各分项职能及其优化措施的基础上,讨论了供应链流程再造,并以N公司供应链采购管理的实例加以论述。由此,理论结合实际,对制造业中的采购与供应链管理方式方法,研究与实现,优点和缺陷一一进行了论述,得出的结论是供应链在与需求紧密结合的同时必须体现主观能动性管理,供应链采购策略的制定应符合企业战略需要,同时还要具备一
