1、摘要近年来，“人肉搜索”作为一种新型的搜索方式在互联网上出现并迅速发展。这种搜索方式代表着一定的舆论监督力量，但是也给公民的网络隐私造成了巨大的威胁，实践中侵犯网络隐私权的事件频繁发生，使得网络环境下个人隐私的法律保护成为重要的问题。本文以“人肉搜索"现象为出发点，通过对其他国家网络隐私权保护方法的分析，寻找我国和欧美发达国家在保护网络隐私方面的差距，从而提出我国保护公民网络隐私权的方法。本文共分为六个部分。第一部分谈本文写作的背景和撰写目的；第二部分分析“人肉搜索”的构成要素，并通过举例发现其对于网络隐私权的侵害；第三部分谈网络隐私权的

2、特征，了解网络隐私权的侵权构成要件和“人肉搜索”与网络隐私权的联系；第四部分分析美国及欧盟主要国家对网络隐私权的保护方法；第五部分介绍我国对于网络隐私权的法律保护现状及现实中存在的问题；第六部分根据欧美国家先进经验，结合我国的实际情况，在主要介绍完善网络隐私权保护的法律方法的同时，提出加强网络行业自律等辅助方法。目的是更好地保护公民的网络隐私权，同时促进网络健康有序的发展。关键词：网络隐私权，“人肉搜索"，行业自律，法律保护Abstract“Humanfleshsearch'’．anewtypeofsearchwayontheinteme
