7、·················48中文摘要脐血VCAM-1、E-选择素水平与早产儿脑损伤关系的临床研究摘要在存活早产儿当中比较常见的并发症为早产儿脑损伤(braininjuryinprematureinfants),是致使新生儿发生死亡以及儿童神经系统伤残的关键因素之一。随着近些年来医学诊疗技术的突飞猛进,早产儿的的存活率得到显著增高,但仍有部分存活早产儿遗留下严重的神经系统后遗症,如认知、运动及社会适应等障碍。因此早产儿脑损伤的早期预防、早期诊断对于降低其发病几率以及减少其所引起的神经系统后遗症就显得尤为重

8、要。导致早产儿脑损伤发生的常见病因包括:围产期的缺氧缺血、感染和炎症反应等等。其中以围产期缺氧缺血最为显著。目前的诊断标准对于早产儿脑损伤主要是参考临床表现及头颅影像学检查(如通过经囟门彩超,颅脑CT,颅脑磁共振成像)。近些年来,随着对脑损伤发病机制研究的逐步展开,越来越多的人开始关注粘附分子在脑损伤中的水平变化及其发挥的作用。血管内皮细胞粘附分子-1(humanvasc
