2、价值，促进企业健康发展的关键所在。本文以华润（集团）有限公司为研究对象，对集团财务风险进行研究，分析了财务风险形成的原因，并且发现企业集团在财务风险控制方面存在的问题，从而针对出现的问题进行解决，采取行之有效的对策，降低了财务风险对企业集团造成的影响，达到了企业集团利益最大化。同时还发现企业集团普遍存在财务风险意识淡薄，对财务风险认识错误或不足的问题，针对财务风险的管理提出了具体的解决方案。关键词：财务风险风险控制风险管理华润（集团）有限公司学习资料整理分享word专业整理AbstractEnterprisegroupisanimportantmoderneconomicorgani
