1、2004年12月摘要连锁经营是商业领域的一次变革，它是伴随社会生产力的发展，为适应消费市场需要而产生的一种新型经营方式。配送中心是一种多功能、集约化的物流据点。配送是连锁经营企业的核心功能，连锁经营的发展离不开配送中心，商品的配送水平是连锁企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。本文总体上从六个方面讨论了连锁经营配送中心的相关问题。一、概括地阐述了连锁经营基本特征及其类型，探讨了配送中心的定义和功能，并阐述了配送中心在连锁经营中的地位与作用以及我国发展配送中心具有的条件和目前国内配送中心存在的问题。二、详细阐述了连锁经营

2、配送中心的设立决策过程中应考虑的问题。三、针对配送中心选址的问题，提出选址原则并从定性和定量两方面分析如何确定地址，系统地考虑了配送中心数量、连锁网点分布数量、进货渠道、交通状况等相关因素对配送中心的影响，提出了多个配送中心和单一配送中心的选址模型。四、对配送中心的设施选择、内部规划与设计问题进行了论述。五、针对配送中心当前存在的经营管理混乱现象，提出从订单管理、存储、拣选、库存、延迟配送、线路优化等方面对配送中心进行全面管理。六、通过以上分析国内物流配送现状，指出了国内连锁物流配送业的发展的几大趋势。最后针对
