1、摘要衡山县位于湖南省中部偏东的位置，境内有两种方言，即“前山方言”和“后山方言"o前山方言是县内的主要方言，属于湘语衡州片，使用范围包括现在的衡山县、衡东县和衡阳市的南岳区。本文所讲的衡山方言就是前山方言。本文对衡山前山方言日常词汇作了全面的调查研究，采用词典的形式表现了衡山方言词汇的概貌。全文分为5个部分。1．绪论。本部分主要介绍了本论文的研究内容和意义、研究方法和步骤、相关文献以及被调查人的情况。2．衡山方言的语音和拼写。本部分介绍了衡山县的方言概况，衡山前山方言的语音系统，并设计《衡山方言拼音方案》，词典正文就是采用这套方案
