3、playbackcoherentdataatreal-timeratesaredescribed.Anexampleoftheuseofthecoherentdatabaseinthedevelopmentandverificationofalandcluttermodelispresented.Ongoingandfutureeffortsaredescribed.INTRODUCTIONRadarsystemsdetecttargetsbyexaminingreflectedficulttoestimate.Thus,radarperformancecanonlybeenerg

5、ivedmethodologyfrequentlyusedbytheLaboratoryin-fromthetargetsofinterest.Themainchallengetovolvescollectingandanalyzingthecoherentdataseenradarsystemsisdiscriminatingtheseweakertargetbytheradarsystempriortoanydigitalsignalprocess-echoesfromtheclutter.Coherentsignalprocessinging.Thisapproachprov
