3、espacing(microscopiclevelgasflow)iscannotbedescribedfromthecontinuumtransporttheoryextremelyrarefiedandthegasmoleculesatasolidsur-directly,andthegaseousrarefactioneffectsmustbetakenfacenolongerexperiencethesamevelocityasthesolidintoaccountinthiscase.Inthispaperwest

4、artfromasurfacedoes,i.e.,thereisslipping.TheconvectionalwidelyusedFKmodelofReynoldsequationandproposealubricationtheory(macroscopiclevelgasflow)developedsimplifiedmodel,calledlinearizedflowrateReynoldsforgasbearingscannotbeappliedtothesetypesofequation,tosimulatethe

5、ultra-thingasfilmlubricationinbearingsincethefluidinsidethegasfilmcannotbeHDDs.Weuseapiecewisecontinuouslinearfunctiontotreatedstrictlyasacontinuum.Therefore,whentheapproximatetheflowrate.ThissimplifiedmodelofRey-spacingbetweentheflyinghead/sliderandtherotatingnoldsequ
