2、营效益，具有十分重要的意义。而且企业财务风险防范与控制是现代企业财务管理的重要内容，在市场经济环境下，企业的经营者及财务人员必须提高财务风险的防范意识，对可能发生的财务风险提高警惕，并加强管理，才能减少各种不利因素造成的财务风险，使企业财务管理有序有效，保障企业实现利润最大化和长期可持续发展的口标。本文主耍是从企业财务风险相关理论入手，通过分析财务风险的内外部成因，利用财务风险分析方法，从偿债能力和营运能力等方面对万科集团可能存在的财务风险进行了分析，并提出解决财务风险的有效方法。关键词：万科集团财务风险分析防范ChinaVa
