1、摘要在市场经济活动中，财务风险是现代企业面对市场竞争的必然产物，它贯穿于企业生产经营的整个过程中，它的存在会对企业生产经营产生重大影响，经济活动的高风险迫使企业必须识别所面临的财务风险，了解风险的性质以及风险事故发生可能造成的损失后果，并在此基础上制定与实施对自己最有效的风险防范措施，减少可能的损失，维持企业正常的经营活动。因此，企业除了要了解财务风险的内特征与成因外，更重要的是要掌握财务风险的防范对策，把财务风险控制在一个合理的、可接受的范围之内，对加强企业财务管理工作、最大限度地降低企业生产经营各环节的财务风险、努力提高财务经营效益，具有十分重要的意义。而
