LMXTMX202SPSS16.0LMXTMXHlH2:H3:H4:H5:H6:H7:ABSTRACTABSTRACTWiththeeconomyglobalization,competitionbetweencompaniesisverytough・Peopleisthemainpartinenterprises,humanresourceplaysanimportantroleinthecompetition.Howtoattempt,cultivateandkeepexcellentworkersotohaveadvantageincompetitionisaproblemthatenterprisesface.Highturnoverintentionbringmanynegativeinfluencestocompany・Itmakesthecosthigh,ontheotherhanditdecreasesinnercohesionandorganizationefficiency・Many enterprisemanagersandresearchershavepaidattentiononturnoverintention.Researchersbothinchinaandabroadarestudyingdeeperontheproblemwiththeaggressivetalentloss,theydiscoverthereasonofturnoverintentionfromdiflcrcntangle.Thispaperstudiesjobsatisfaction,humaneenvironmentthatincludesleader-memberexchangeandteam-memberexchange,economicenvironmentandturnoverintentionbasedonpaststudy.Afterreadingmanyreferences,wegettheclearconcept,measurementquestionnaireandtheirrelationshipofjobsatisfaction,humaneenvironment,economicenvironmentandturnoverintention.Thenshapingatheoreticalframeworkandsixresearchhypothesis.Getting202questionnairesthroughsurvey,makepracticalanalysisonthetheoreticalframeworkandsixresearchhypotheses.UsingSPSS16.0toanalyzeandprocessthedata,discussingthecurrentsituationandrelationofjobsatisfaction,humaneenvironmentthatincludesleader-memberexchangeandteam-memberexchange,economicenvironmentandturnoverintention.Thepracticalresearchprovedthesixresearchhypotheses,Hl:jobsatisfactionisnegativelyrelatedwithturnoverintention;H2:humaneenvironmentthatincludesleader・memberexchangeandteam-memberexchangeispositivelyrelatedwithjobsatisfaction;H3:economicenvironmentispositivelyrelatedwithjobsatisfaction;H4:humaneenvironmentthatincludesleader-memberexchangeandteam-memberexchangeisnegativelyrelatedwithturnoverintention;H5:economicenvironmentisnegativelyrelatedwithturnoverintention;H6:humaneenvironmentthatincludesleader-memberexchangeandteam-memberexchangeplaysamoderateroleintherelationshipofjobsatisfactionandturnoverintention.H7:economicenvironmentplaysamoderateroleintherelationshipofjobsatisfactionandturnoverintention.Atlast,givingsomeconclusionsandmanagementsuggestion,pointingoutlimitationsandfutureresearchdirectioninthispaper.Enterprisesshouldpayattentiontojobsatisfactionandalsohavetostrengthenhumaneenvironmentandeconomicenvironment.ItABSTRACTgivesvaluablesuggestionandresolutiontoincreasejobsatisfactionanddecreaseturnoverintention.Keywords:JobSatisfaction,LMX,TMX,InterpersonalRelationship,noneInterpersonalRelationship,TurnoverIntention
