5、enaturalresource,marketneedorlocalskill.Astheindustrydevelops,newfirms,inputsandserviceenterprisesarecreated.Neweconomicsectorsemergethroughspill-oversandtransferredknowledgeandglobalcompetitivenessincreases.Territorialdevelopmentandcompetitivenessarealsoveryimportantforthetouris
6、mindustry.TourismismainlyconstitutedbySMEs,sofunctioningwithinanetworkmaycontributetoovercomingproduction,managerialandcommercialdifficulties.Inordertoincreasecompetitionandstrategicpositioningintheworldwidemarket,tourismdestinationsshouldencouragetheemergenceoftourismnetworksand
