1、我国论文：我国城市社区党建研究【中文摘要】街道、社区是党在城市工作的基础,街道、社区党建工作,是党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分。在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的新的发展阶段,我国城镇化进程不断加快,城市综合实力不断增强,城市基层管理体制改革不断深化,街道、社区在城市工作中的地位越来越重要,街道、社区党组织承担的任务日益繁重。近年来,按照中央的要求,各地结合实际,对街道、社区党建工作进行了积极探索,开创了在区委领导下,以街道党(工)委为核心,社区党组织为基础,社区党员为主体,社区内各种各样党组织联动为网络,各类驻区单位、社区团体、社区组织
2、及居民群众共同参与为依托的社区党建新局面。但社区党建是新事物,无论在实践上还是理论上都还处在探索阶段。从目前来看,理论远远落后于实践,实践急需理论的支持。因此,加强这方面的理论研究是很有现实意义的。本文采用理论应用和调查研究的方法,以新疆昌吉市延安北路街道社区为例,通过翔实的调查材料,梳理了昌吉市委和延安北路街道党工委在开展街道社区党建工作方面一些有效的探索和实践,归纳分析了社区党建工作存在的问题及其原因,针对社区党建存在的物质条件问题、队伍建设问题、党员教育问题、与社区事务性工作的关系处理问题以及与单位党建互动问题,提出了相应的对策建议,以期社区
