1、中国康复·2010年8月·第25卷第4期243·基础研究·针刀疗法对缺血缺氧性幼鼠脑组织CX32及Nestin蛋白表达的影响*王琴玉,邱云辉,罗伟君,梁瑞丽,唐纯志【摘要】目的:目的:观察针刀刺激对幼鼠缺血缺氧性脑损伤的影响。方法:新生7日龄SD幼鼠28只,随机分为手术组2O只及假手术组8只。手术组幼鼠复制为缺血缺氧性脑损伤模型,共成功16只,再随机人为手术组A和手术组B各8只。手术组A于造模后2、9及16d时参照《实验针灸学》取百会、大椎、曲池、内关、环跳、阳陵泉及三阴交穴分别交替给予针刀治疗1次。造模第17天时通过悬吊试验观察各组随意运动功
