2、制，DNALadder试验分析NB4细胞DNA片段化，流式细胞术检测NB4细胞Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果与未加药处理组相比，不同浓度塞来昔布作用后DNALadder片段随浓度的增加而更为明显。不同用药组25mol／I、50mol／L、100mol／L塞来昔布组Bcl一2蛋白表达率分别为(71．69±1．65)、(34．51±2．53)和(29．28±2．38)，与空白对照组Bcl一2蛋白表达率为85．34±2．89相比，50gmol／L、100／~mol／L塞来昔布组Bcl-2蛋白明显下降(P
