1、绩效考核实施细则一、 基本目的鼓励公司全体员工在有效控制风险的前提下，保证公司各项业务的稳定增长，建立起具有公司特色的价值分配机制和内在激励机制，追求公司经济效益的最大化，同时根据公司发展规划、引进人才需要和当地收入分配情况，制订本实施细则相关条款。二、基本目标1、贯彻、执行总公司整体发展的战略思想、战略规划；2、保障和促进公司经营目标的实现，提高公司的核心竞争力；3、加强内部沟通与协作，提升士气，降低内耗，形成合力，打造团队精神；4、帮助每个员工提高工作绩效与工作胜任能力，培育适应公司发展需要的人力资源队伍；5、促进公司领导与
