1、罗汉果组培苗二次脱毒技术探究 摘要:对罗汉果(Siraitiagrosvenorii)组培苗采用热处理和剥取茎尖技术进行二次脱毒处理,脱毒效果采用间接酶联免疫法和电镜观察法进行检测。结果表明,适合材料热处理的培养基为MS+0.3mg/L6-BA+NAA0.1mg/L+0.1mg/LIBA,热处理材料的顶芽呈锥形,利于剥取茎尖;茎尖分化最佳培养基为MS+0.3mg/L6-BA+0.05mg/LNAA+0.1mg/LGA3;38.5℃热处理10d剥取长1.0~1.5mm的茎尖进行二次脱毒培养,存活率为80.00%,脱毒率为100.00%。关键词:罗汉果(Siraitiag
