日本工业标准JISC3202—1994漆包线1、适用范围:本标准的规定适用于电机电器的绕组及配线用的漆包线(以下简称线)。本标准没规定的事项,仍按照JISC3053(绕组线总则)规定。备注:本标准引用标准如下:JISC2351漆包线用清漆JISC3003漆包铜线及漆包铝线的试验方法JISC3053卷线通则JISC3102电器用软铜线种类及型号:线的种类及型号按线的导体、漆膜的种类以及漆膜的厚度来区分。如表1:表1种类型号导体形状附件号圆线扁线1种油性漆包铜线2种油性漆包铜线1EW2EW00——10种缩醛漆包铜线1种缩醛漆包铜线2种缩醛漆包铜线0PVF1PVF2PVF000———20种缩醛漆包铝线1种缩醛漆包铝线AL—0PVFAL—1PVF00——3缩醛漆包扁铜线PVF—040种聚酯漆包铜线1种聚酯漆包铜线2种聚酯漆包铜线0PEW1PEW2PEW000———51种聚氨酯漆包铜线2种聚氨酯漆包铜线3种聚氨酯漆包铜线1UEW2UEW3UEW000———60种自粘性聚氨酯漆包铜线1种自粘性聚氨酯漆包铜线2种自粘性聚氨酯漆包铜线0SBUEW1SBUEW2SBUEW000———70种聚酯亚胺漆包铜线1种聚酯亚胺漆包铜线2种聚酯亚胺漆包铜线0EIW1EIW2EIW000———83、导体3.1铜线0种及1种的铜线用JISC3102(电工用线软铜线)所规定的、或与该标准相当的软铜线,2种及3种的铜线用JISC3103(电机绕组用软铜线)所规定的软铜线。3.2扁铜线{略}3.3铝线{略}4、温度指数绝缘漆膜及特性按附件1—8。5、试验方法试验方法按JISC3003(漆包铜线及漆包铝线试验方法)以及附件1—8所规定的试验条件进行。6、检测检测分型式检测和交接检测二类。按5的试验方法对附件1—8中规定的项目进行,必须符合3以及4的规定。但交换检测,可根据供需双方的协定而省去其中的部分项目。 5、包装及一盘轴线的净重7.1包装线应紧密整齐地卷绕在与导体直径或导体规格大小相适应的线盘中,或整齐地盘装在适应大小的容器内,并妥善包装,以免线在运输途中碰伤或散乱。7.2一盘轴线的净重一盘轴线的净重按表2的要求,但供需双方另有协议时,不在此限。7.3线段数线成轴卷绕时,每1轴线最多绕二个线段,一个线段的重量为每轴净重(表2及供需双方协议规定的重量)的20%以上。此外,线段的接头处需夹一白纸作为接头标记。表2圆线导体直径mm一盘轴线的净重kg铜线铝线0.02—0.0250.030.04—0.070.08—0.160.17—0.290.30—0.370.40—0.700.75—1.51.6—3.20.10.3141015253040—————78106、产品的命名方法产品的命名方法,圆线用种类、颜色(着色时)以及导体直径或型号、颜色(着色时)以及导体直径表示,扁线用种类及导体规格(厚×宽)或型号及导体规格(厚×宽)表示。例1:1种缩醛漆包铜线0.85mm或1PVF0.85mm例2:1种缩醛漆包铝线1.6mm或AL—1PVF1.6mm例3:缩醛漆包扁铜线2.0×4.0mm或PVF2.0×4.0mm例4:0种自粘性聚氨酯漆包铜线0.85mm或0SBUEW0.85mm例5:1种聚氨酯漆包铜线(红)0.85mm或1UEW(红)0.85mm7、标志在线盘和容器的适当部位,必须标明下列事项。(1)种类及型号⑸净重(2)颜色(着色时)⑹线段数(成轴时)(3)导体直径或导体规格(厚×宽)⑺制造厂名或其代号(4)制造批号⑻制造年月附件6聚氨酯漆包铜线1、适用范围本附件的规定适用于聚氨酯漆包铜线。2、温度指数120℃3、绝缘漆膜绝缘漆膜应采用符合JISC2351(漆包线用漆)所规定的聚氨酯漆包线漆或具有同等品质的聚氨酯漆,均匀地涂于导体表面经烘焙而成。该漆膜对导体无损害作用,无伤痕及污染,着色时为红色或绿色。4、特性特性按附表6及附表6-1——6-3的要求。附表6 项目特性试验方法检测类别试验条件JISC3003适用项目型式交接规格必须符合附表6-1—6-3的值——5.(1)00针孔1种漆包线少于5个,2种漆包线少于8个,3种漆包线少于12个,再试验时,2根试样都应符合上面的值。针孔数不符合规定值时,可以再从同一轴线中取2根试样,进行再试验。6.00弹性漆膜不应剥落露铜拉伸至断裂为止,卷绕直径为1d。8.100附着性漆膜不应剥落露铜——9.0——耐刮削必须符合附件6附表6-1—6-3的值。再试验时,二组试样都应符合附件6附表6-1—6-3的值。击穿负重不符合规定值时,可以再取2根为一组的二组试样,进行再试验。10.0——绝缘击穿必须符合附件6附表6-1—6-3的值。——11.00耐软化170℃及以上——12.(2)0——耐热冲击漆膜不应剥落露铜导体直径mm拉伸率或卷绕直径13.000.08-0.090.10-0.350.37-0.750.80-1.11.2-1.55%10%3d4d5d加热温度为130±5℃耐溶剂漆膜无起泡、溶胀现象,漆膜不应剥落露铜用铅笔法试验时,笔芯的硬度为2H14.10——直焊性焊锡安全,无残滓导体直径mm浸渍时间秒16.0——0.32以下0.35-0.500.55-1.01.1-1.52345焊锡温度为380±5℃导体电阻必须符合附件6附表6-1——6-3的值——19.0——伸率必须符合附件6附表6-1——6-3的值——20.0——附表6-11种聚氨酯漆包铜线(1UEW)
