3、eticin-tubesolidphasemicroextraction,magnetic-IT-SPME.Magnetic-IT-SPMEhasbeendeveloped,takingadvantageofmagneticmicrofluidicprincipleswiththeaimtoimproveextractionefficiencyofIT-SPMEsystems.First,amagnetichybridmaterialformedbyFe3O4nanoparticlessupportedonSiO2wassynthesizedand
4、immobilizedinthesurfaceofabaredfusedsilicacapillarycolumntoobtainamagneticadsorbentextractionphase.Thecapillarycolumnwasplacedinsideamagneticcoilthatallowedtheapplicationofavariablemagneticfield.Acetylsalicylicacid,acetaminophen,atenolol,diclofenac,andibuprofenweretestedastarg
5、etanalytes.Theapplicationofacontrolledmagneticfieldresultedinquantitativeextractionefficienciesofthetargetanalytesbetween70and100%.Theseresultsdemonstratedthatmagneticforcessolvethelowextractionefficiency(10–30%)ofIT-SPMEsystems,whichisoneoftheirmaindrawbacks.我们报告一个新的管固相微萃取方法,
