2、GBT的驱动电路及保护电路都做了详细说明。在控制回路中主要应用了8051单片机、8279芯片、ADC0809芯片等。根据测温范围选择Pt100温度传感器。针对常规PID控制不具有自适应能力，对于时变、非线性系统控制效果不佳的弱点，本文采用自整定模糊PID控制算法，提取温度的数学模型，编辑自整定模糊控制器，并对所设计的温度控制系统进行仿真。系统的工作过程为：烫金机的加热电路采用中频感应加热方式，通过按键给定温度值并在显示部分显示给定值，用Pt100温度传感器检测温度，温度传感器检测的温度为模拟信号，通过
