3、brainedemanototherwiseexplained.Also,thechymalfindingsofPRESmayresemblethoseofpatientmaynotalwayspresentwithanencepha-venousthrombosisinsomeways.Bothentitieslopathy,whichisusuallyunderstoodasalteredoftenoccurinabilateralposteriordistributionmentalstatus;instead,thepatientmayhaveandmaybeas
4、sociatedwithreversibleparen-variousclinicalpresentationsasdescribedlater.chymalfindingsiftheincitingfactoristreated.Also,thepatientmaynotpresentwithasyndrome.Thesediagnosesshouldbeattheforefrontofdifferentialdiagnosiswhenconfrontedwithother-ClinicalPresentationandDemographicswiseunexplain
5、edbrainedema,amongotherfind-PatientswithPRESoftendevelopheadaches,ingsdescribedinthisarticle.visualdisturbances(eg,blurryvision,hemianop-sia,visualneglect,corticalblindness),seizures,and/oralteredmentalstatus.3e5Occasionally,PRESthesepatientsmaydevelopfocalneurologicdefi-PRESisaclinicorad
