2、g—xing。摘要:目的:探讨有氧运动训练对小鼠心脏形态结构、功能及心室肌微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)的影响,研究关健miRNA在心脏对运动适应过程中的调节作用。方法:KM雄性小鼠随机分为安静对照组和8周有氧运动训练组,每组各10只。有氧运动训练组小鼠进行为期8周的无负重有氧训练,每周训练5天,前5周,每天早上固定时间运动1次,后3周每天在早上和晚上固定时间分别运动1次;第1周每次运动时间为30min,随后每周增加10min直至90min。有氧运动训练完成后,首先使用超声心动图检测全部小鼠心脏各项形态学和功能学指标,随后将小鼠颈椎脱位猝死取心肌组织,使用基因芯片扫描两组差异
