1、摘要本工程是梧桐馨园小区1#楼电气设计,属民用高层住宅建筑,共18层,均为住宅。在本次设计任务中,完成对梧桐馨园18#楼的强电,弱电系统设计,主要容如下:照明和插座的设计,要求正确选择光源和灯具,满足经济合理,节约电能,安全可靠的设计原则。低压配电系统为TN—C—S系统,电压为380/220V,采用放射式或树干式供电。防雷与接地系统设计中,本工程根据第二类防雷建筑物设计,防雷接地和电源重复接地、弱电系统接地共用接地装置,其联合接地电阻。有线电视系统中,本工程按分配-分支系统进行设计,电视信号传输的同轴电缆直接埋地引入本楼的电讯一体箱。及数据网络系统,系统由交接箱树干式配线至各
