1、摘要本工程是梧桐馨园小区1#楼电气设计，属民用高层住宅建筑，共18层，均为住宅。在本次设计任务中，完成对梧桐馨园18#楼的强电，弱电系统设计，主要容如下：照明和插座的设计，要求正确选择光源和灯具，满足经济合理，节约电能，安全可靠的设计原则。低压配电系统为TN—C—S系统，电压为380/220V，采用放射式或树干式供电。防雷与接地系统设计中，本工程根据第二类防雷建筑物设计，防雷接地和电源重复接地、弱电系统接地共用接地装置，其联合接地电阻。有线电视系统中，本工程按分配-分支系统进行设计,电视信号传输的同轴电缆直接埋地引入本楼的电讯一体箱。及数据网络系统，系统由交接箱树干式配线至各
