1、无缝隙护理管理模式在手术室外来器械管理中的应用探讨　　【摘要】目的：观察无缝隙护理管理应用于手术室外来器械管理的应用效果，以保障患者安全。方法：从2013年9-12月我院将无缝隙护理管理模式应用于手术室外来器械的管理中，将该期间于我院进行骨科手术并应用外来器械的180例患者作为观察组，另选取2013年5-8月于我院进行采用外来器械进行骨科手术，并未采用无缝隙护理管理模式的180例患者作为对照组，比较两组在器械使用过程中的差错率，评价无缝隙管理模式对于外来器械管理应用效果。结果：未采用无缝隙护理管理模式的对照组中，

2、共64例外来器械清洗不净，占35.56%，7例数量缺失，占3.89%，34例包装不规范，占18.83%，4例手术延误，占2.22%;而采用无缝隙护理管理模式的观察组中，仅有2例包装不规范，占1.11%，未见清洗不净、数量缺失、手术延误等情况。两组外来器械管理情况差异显著（p<0.05）。结论：无缝隙护理管理模式可使外来手术器械实现规范化管理，保证灭菌质量，节约成本，保证患者手术安全，提升医疗水平，值得推广。【关键词】外来器械;手术室;无缝隙;管理模式[Abstract]Objective：Toobserve
