6、s1patientwithbilateraltumors,2patientswithsolitarykidneytumors.Thecontralateralkidneyfunctionweredamagedin4cases.whilefunction—wellcontralateralkidneyexistedinother7cases.Thetumordiameterrangedfrom1.6to6.8cmwithameanof4.2am.3patientsunderwentenucleation,
7、6patientsunderwentpartialnephrectomyand5patientswereperformedwedgeresection.Results:Theoperationwasperformedsuccessfullyinallthe14cases.Thepostoperativefullow—uprangedfrom9to88monthswithameanof40months.Thebilateral—tumorpatientdiedofdistantmetastasisand1
