1、前言机械制造工业是国民经济最重要的部门之一,是一个国家或地区经济发展的支柱产业,其发展水平标志着该国家或地区的经济实力、科技水平、生活水准和国防实力。机械制造工业是制造农业机械、动力机械、运输机械,矿山机械等机械产品的工业生产部门。机械制造是国民经济的装配部,是为国民经济提供装备和为人民生活提供耐用消费品的产业。不论是传统产业,还是新兴产业,都离不开各种各样的机械装备。机械制造业的生产能力和发展水平标志着一个国家或地区国民经济或现代化的程度,而机械制造业的生产能力主要取决于机械制造装备的先进程度,产

2、品性能和质量的好坏则取决于制造过程中工艺水平的高低。将设计图样转化成产品,离不开机械制造工艺与夹具,因而它是机械制造业的基础,是生产高科技产品的保障。离开了它,就不能开发制造先进的产品和保证产品质量,不能提高生产效率、降低成本和缩短生产周期。夹具设计是每个机械类学生必须完成的一个教学环节,是对我们所学专业的一个测试,也是对我们学生做的一次具体的、重要的考验。此设计密切结合高等学校的办学宗旨。已检测我们在学习和实习过程中对所学知识的掌握程度和运用水平。同时在设计中与同学互相帮助,一起去图书馆查阅设计中

3、需要得一些相关资料,共同探讨设计中出现的问题,体现了同学之间的凝聚力,增进了同学之问的友谊,加强了与老师的知识探讨.作为机制专业的学生不能以学好课本上的理论知识而满足,如果不懂的运用他们,学再多的理论知识也毫无用处。因此我们非常重视本次设计的实践,通过本次设计是我们各方面的能力都有所力加强,对于今后的生产实习以及走上工作岗位有很大帮助,是我们受益匪浅。本设计不足之处,恳请老师点评、指正。17目录前言···················································

8、············158.致谢····································································151.设计任务书1.1设计任务书如图1所示,设计加工一直径为φ30h7的轴上2个直径为15H7的孔,两孔的距离为150H13。φ15H7孔对φ30h7外圆的垂直度公差为0.1mm/100mm,φ15H7孔对φ30h7外圆轴线的对称度公差为0.1mm。其他表面均以加工完毕。(中批量生产)17图11要
