5、hesetasksbecomemoresophisticatedwhendealingwithplateimagestakeninvariousinclinedanglesorundervariouslighting,weatherconditionandcleanlinessoftheplate.Becausethisproblemisusuallyusedinreal-timesystems,itrequiresnotonlyaccuracybutalsofastprocessing.MostexistingVLPrecognitionmethods[2],[3],[4]

6、,[5]reducethecomplexityandincreasetherecognitionratebyusingsomespecificfeaturesoflocalVLPsandestablishingsomeconstrainsontheposition,distancefromthecameratovehicles,andtheinclinedangles.Inaddition,neuralnetworkwasusedtoincreasetherecognitionrate[6],[7]butthetraditionalrecognitionmethodsseld
