4、ryinthefirstquarterandthefirstquarter(1)theaddedvalueofthefinancialsectorhasmaintainedsteadygrowthandthetaxrevenuehasdeclined.Inthefirstquarter,thecity'sfinancialindustryaddedvalueof4billion660millionyuan,anincreaseof1.9Billionyuan.Theaddedvalueofthefinancialsectoraccountedfor7.26%ofthecity'
5、sGDP0.44percentagepointshigherthanthesameperiodlastyear;theproportionoftheaddedvalueofthethirdindustryinthecitywas13.34%,lowerthan0.55percentagepointsofthesameperiodlastyear.Thetotalamountoftaxrevenueofthefinancialsectorwas1billion16millionyuan,down30.8%,andthecityandcitytaxrevenuewas604mill
6、ionyuan,down13.3%year-on-year.ThemainreasonisbecauseofQiluSecuritiesin2007shouldpay740millionyuantopaytheincometaxuntil2008,resultinginasubstantialincreasein2008topaythetaxbase;ontheotherhandisduetothemergeroffinancialinstitutions,thecorporateincometaxratereducedfrom33%to25%.Althoughtheamoun
