3、eformulatedaccordingtotheCustomsLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina(hereinafterreferredtoastheCustomsLaw)andtherelevantlawsandadministrativeregulationsinordertoregulatetheadministrationofthebondedportareabythecustoms.Thesecondtermofthebondedportisapprovedby

4、theStateCouncil,establishedinthestate'sopenportandconnectedtoaspecificregion,specialcustomssupervisionareawithports,logistics,processingandotherfunctions.Inaccordancewiththesemeasures,thethirdcustomsofficeshallsuperviseandcontrolthemeansoftransportation

5、,goodsandarticlesinandoutofthebondedportareaaswellasenterprisesandplacesinthebondedportarea.Closedmanagementoffourthbondedportareas.People'sRepublicofChinabondedportareaandanyotherareawithintheterritory(hereinafterreferredtoastheouterarea)betweenotherfa

6、cilitiesshallbesetupinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthecustomsbayonet,fence,videomonitoringsystemandthecustomssupervisionrequired.Noresidencepersonnelinfifthbondedportareas.Exceptforthenonprofitablefacilitiesthatguaranteethenormalworkandlifeofthepeople

7、inthebondedportarea,thecommerciallivingconsumptionfacilitiesandcommercialretailbusinessshallnotbeestablishedinthebondedportarea.Theofficespaceofthecustomsandotheradministrativeorgansshallbesetupwithintheplanningareaofthebondedportareaandinthecomprehensi

8、veofficeareaofthebondedportareaoutsidethepurseseine.Sixthbondedportmanagementinstitutionsshouldestablishacomputerpublicinformationplatformforinformationsharing,andrealizetheelectronicdataexchangebetweenenterprisesandrelatedunitsa
