1、县供电公司机关党支部与X村结对共建活动方案为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，按照党的十七大、十七届四中全会关于建立城乡基层党组织互帮互助机制的要求以及霞创组办〔2010〕4号文件关于在全县党的基层组织中开展“结对共建，争创佳绩”主题实践活动的要求，XX村与县供电公司机关党支部开展结对共建活动，现结合实际提出如下实施方案。一、指导思想以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以科学发展观为统领，以加强党的执政能力建设和先进性建设为主线，以开展结对共建为载体，以培育树立先进基层党组织和优秀共产党员为目标，针对共建双方的工作特点，整合共建双方的现有资源，调
