3、esafeoperationofwatersupplyfacilitiesandgivefullplaytothebenefitsoftheproject,themeasuresareformulatedinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations,andinlightoftheactualsituationofthecity.Thesesecondmeasuresareapplicabletothefacilitiesprotectionandwater

4、supplymanagementoftheYellowRiverwatersupplyprojectwithintheadministrativeregionofthismunicipality.TheYellowRiverwatersupplyprojectmentionedintheprecedingparagraphreferstothewaterdiversionprojectfromtheentranceoftheYellowRiverGatetothewaterreceivingunito

5、fthetheYellowRiverRiver,includingthewaterdiversion,sedimentstorage,waterstorage,waterpurification,waterdistribution,waterconveyanceandotherengineeringfacilities.ThethirdwatersupplyfromtheYellowRivershallbegovernedbyunifiedmanagement,plannedwatersupplyan

6、dpaidwatersupply.FourthmunicipalwateradministrativedepartmentsunifiedmanagementoftheYellowRiverwatersupplywork.AlongtheYellowRiverDiversionProject,thewateradministrativedepartmentsofthedistrictsandcountiesandtheadministrativecommitteeoftheZibohitechDeve

7、lopmentZoneareresponsiblefortheprotectionoftheYellowRiverwatersupplyprojectwithinthejurisdiction.TheadministrativedepartmentofwaterresourcesofthecityandGaoqingCountymayentrusttheadministrativeagencyfortheadministrationoftheYellowRiverDiversiontotheproje

8、cttoundertakethemanagementandprotectionofthewatersupplyprojectfromtheYellowriver.FifthmunicipalwatersupplymanagementagenciesareresponsibleforthemanagementandoperationoftheYellowRiverwatersupplyprojectfromthejunctionofGaoqingCount
