2、,promulgatedbyDecreeNo.seventy-firstoftheZiboMunicipalPeople'sGovernmentonNovember10,2009andeffectiveasofJanuary1,2010)ChapterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1inordertostrengthenthesecuritymanagementofcitywatersupply,citylife,productionandotherwaterneeds,accordingtothe
3、"People'sRepublicofChinawaterlaw"andtheStateCouncil"citywatersupplyregulations"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Secondunitsandindividualsengagedinmunicipalpublicwatersupplyandurbanpublicwatersupplywithintheadministr
4、ativeareaofthisMunicipalityshallabidebythesemeasures.Thethirdurbanwatersupplyshallfollowtheprincipleofrationaldevelopmentofwatersources,combinationofplannedwateruseandwatersaving,andshallgiveprioritytotheprotectionoflivingwaterforresidentsandco-ordinatethearrang
5、ementofindustrialwaterandotherwatersupplies.Theadministrativedepartmentsofwaterinthefourthcities,districtsandcountiesshallberesponsiblefortheadministrationofurbanwatersupplywithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas.Departmentssuchasconstruction,planning,finance,p
6、rice,environmentalprotection,quality,technicalsupervisionandpublichealthshall,inaccordancewiththeirrespectiveduties,doagoodjobinurbanwatersupplyrelatedwork.Thesecondchapter:watersupplysourceandplanningFifthplansforthedevelopmentandutilizationofurbanwatersupplyso
7、urcesshallbeorganizedbythemunicipalandCountyPeople'sgovernmentsforthedevelopmentofwaterconservancy,development,reform,construction,planning,environmentalprotectionandsanitation.Preparationofcitywatersupplydevelopmentplanning,shouldbebasedontheneedsofthecitydevel
