1、武汉科技大学本科毕业论文中文摘要工程索赔的概念有广义和狭义的区分，广义的工程索赔既包括承包商向业主进行索赔，也包括业主向承包商进行索赔，狭义的索赔仅指承包商因非自身原因造成工期延长、费用增加而向业主进行的索赔，本文所述的工程索赔仅指工程索赔的概念、特点、分类及意义，阐述了工程索赔中存在的问题，以及探讨了工程索赔的对策。本文首先对工程索赔相关的理论进行了综述；然后就国内工程索赔的现状以及存在的问题进行了全面的分析；再次基础上，从事前积极预防和事后及时处理两个方面，提出国内建设施工索赔的对策建议，以保障工程索赔的顺利实现。最后，通过案例分析进
