5、hescopeofmanagementofrivercoursesandembankmentsintheurbansectionsshallbeagreeduponbythelocalwaterconservancydepartmentsandtheurbanconstructiondepartments.Ninthwithinthescopeofmanagementofwaterconservancyprojectbelongstothestateownedlandusedbytheprojectmanagementunit,whichhas
6、beenatorabovethecountylevelpeople'sgovernmentorthewaterconservancydepartmentapprovedbyotherunitsorindividuals,cancontinuetousetheoriginalunit.Belongtothecollectiveland,forest,fishpond,theownershipanduseofthesame,butthebusinessunitsandindividuals,mustobeytheunifiedmanagementa
