1、中国当代医药 2015 年 12 月第 22 卷第 34 期· 护理研究 ·输液恒温器在持续膀胱冲洗中的应用李莉莉蒙美英刘兰英曾小英朱桂香张国玺邹晓峰姜丽萍▲江西省赣南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科，江西赣州341000[摘要] 目的 探讨输液恒温器在持续膀胱冲洗中的应用效果 。方法 选取 2013 年 2 月～2015 年 6 月在本院行持续膀胱冲洗的患者 120 例，按照手术时间先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组 60 例。 观察组在持续膀胱冲洗中使用输液恒温器保持冲洗液温度在 30~35℃，对照组采用常

2、温冲洗液。 观察两组患者膀胱痉挛的发生率及严重强度。 结果 观察组的膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组，膀胱痉挛严重程度较对照组明显减轻，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 输液恒温器能保持膀胱冲洗液的温度相对恒定，有效减少膀胱痉挛的发生，同时减轻膀胱痉挛程度，保证膀胱冲洗的有效实施，在持续膀胱冲洗中值得应用。[关键词] 持续膀胱冲洗；输液恒温器；膀胱痉挛[中图分类号] R473.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）12（a）-0183-03Application of infusion th

4、[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of infusion thermostat in continuous bladder irrigation. Methods120 patients who needed continuous bladder irrigation in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were selectedand divided into observational 

5、group and control group according to the operation time sequence,with 60 cases in eachgroup.The observational group was used infusion thermostat in continuous bladder irrigation,and the flushing fluids waskept at 30℃ to 35℃.The control group was used normal tempera

6、ture rinses.The incidence rate and severity of bladderspasm in two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of bladder spasm in observational group was signifi-cantly lower than that of control group,and the severity of bladder spasm was significantly relie
