1、医疗器械临床使用安全管理制度第一条、为加强医疗器械临床使用安全管理工作,降低医疗器械临床使用风险,提高医疗质量,保障医患双方合法权益，根据《医疗器械临床使用安全管理规范》的规定和要求，由医院医疗器械临床使用安全管理委员会制定本制度。第二条、医疗器械临床使用安全管理是指医疗机构医疗服务中涉及的医疗器械产品安全,人员,制度,技术规范,设施,环境等的安全管理.第三条、为确保进入临床使用的医疗器械合法,安全,有效,对首次进入我院使用的医疗器械严格按照《卫生耗品首次进入我院的申购程序》及《医疗设备购置及引进制度》中的要求准入；对器械的采购严格按照相关法律法规采购规范、

2、入口统一、渠道合法、手续齐全；将医疗器械采购情况及时做好对内公开；对在用设备及耗材每年要进行评价论证，提出意见及时更新。第四条、对设备及耗材依据《大型设备出入库制度》、《医疗设备维修制度》、《医疗设备报废制度》及《一般医疗器材管理工作制度》的要求，作好安装验收、出入库、维护保养及报废的管理工作。第五条、Opinionsandsuggestionsontheparty'smasslineeducationalpracticeAccordingtothecentralandprovincial,municipalunifieddeployment,accordi
