2、ey,theRepublicannominee.Thisdebateandthenextthree—twopresidential,onevice-presidential—aresponsoredbytheCommissiononPresidentialDebates.Tonight's90minuteswillbeaboutdomesticissues,andwillfollowaformatdesignedbythecommission.Therewillbesixroughly15-minutesegments,withtwo-mi
3、nuteanswersforthefirstquestion,thenopendiscussionfortheremainderofeachsegment.ThousandsofpeopleofferedsuggestionsonsegmentsubjectsofquestionsviatheInternetandothermeans,butImadethefinalselections,andfortherecord,theywerenotsubmittedforapprovaltothecommissionorthecandidates
