1、村社区股份合作制改革与发展问题研究——以萧山为例StudiesonReformandDevelopmentofRuralCommunityShare-holdingCooperativeSystem—TakingXiaoshanDistrictforExampleIX摘要当前农村集体经济众多问题的主要根源便是其不明晰的产权，而对其进行村社区股份合作制改革就是在原有管理模式的基础上，将股权量化到人，明晰资产产权，理顺收益分配关系，通过此来界定村级集体经济组织成员，并加强民主管理与监督。本文首先对股份合作制的概念、内涵、特征进行系统的整理，比较其与股份制、合作制以及原有传统集体经济组织的区别

2、。例举当前我国村级集体经济存在的问题，分析村社区股份合作制的产生动机以及村级集体经济产权制度改革的路径选择，并简述了村社区股份合作制改革的发展阶段及发展变化。本文主要以萧山区为例，对村社区股份合作制改革做法、改革绩效、创新举措等进行实证分析，尤其是利用stata软件，对股份经济联合社股份总额及当年分红金额的影响因素做OLS回归分析。在此基础上，系统分析当前村社区股份合作制改革推进的影响因素及存在问题，并提出针对性的对策措施，为推进和完善村社区股份合作制改革提供政策建议。关键词：村社区股份合作制农村集体经济产权制度改革IXAbstractUnclearpropertyrightsisama
