1、湖南科技大学潇湘学院本科生毕业设计(论文)湖南科技大学潇湘学院毕业设计(论文)题目斜三通管注塑模具设计作者刘利兵学院机电工程学院专业机械设计制造及其自动化学号0853011010指导教师伍俏平二〇一二年四月二十四日湖南科技大学潇湘学院本科生毕业设计(论文)摘要近些年来,我国塑料模工业有了很大发展,注塑模具制品的种类越来越多,质量越来越高,但同国外相比,我国模具生产厂中模具的精度、型腔表面的粗糙度、生产周期、寿命等指标与国外先进水平相比尚有较大差距。本设计主要是斜三通管的注射模具设计。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析及其结构分析,从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成
2、型部分的结构、顶出系统、注射机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。介绍了斜三通管注塑模具的结构组成及工作原理。该模具一模一腔,采用斜导柱和侧抽芯机构,结构合理,运行可靠。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到斜三通管的质量和加工工艺要求。关键词:斜三通管;注塑模具;注射机湖南科技大学潇湘学院本科生毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTInrecentyears,plasticmouldindustryhasbeendevelopingrapidlyinourcountry,thekindofinjectionmouldproductsaremoreandmore,thequalityishig
