2、题的一些个人建议。本文是利用规范的研究方法进行的专题研究。全文共分为三章的内容，首先，第一章着重介绍了房地产价格的历史发展、价格本质、价格特征以及价格的构成。力图使读者清晰的了解什么是房地产价格以及房价主要包含哪些部分。其次，第二章是本文的关键之所在，主要从五个方面分析房地产价格的影响因素，这是本文的核心章节，本文其他所有的内容都是围绕着这一部分展开的。最后一部分主要介绍的是中国房地产市场的现状，以及在这些现象中所表现出来的房地产市场尚且存在的问题，并在最后就这些问题提出了自己认为可行的对策建议。本文的创新主要表现在利用最新的市场数据来分析房地产市场，并利用简单易懂的图表来对问题进行说明。
