1、吴茱萸不同提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑菌作用研究作者:乔海霞张彦霞李艳鹏甄攀张玉妥【摘要】目的:研究吴茱萸乙醚提取物、正丁醇提取物、挥发油、水提物对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法:用乙醚脱脂,得乙醚提取物;将乙醚脱脂后的吴茱萸用70%乙醇提取,正丁醇萃取,得正丁醇提取物1、2、3;用挥发油提取器提取挥发油;用蒸馏水加热回流法提取水提物。用以上提取物分别进行抑菌试验。测定吴茱萸正丁醇提取物1、2中的总皂苷、总黄酮的含量。结果:试验表明正丁醇提取物1、2、3和残渣均在31.25mg/mL时对临床绿脓杆菌仍有抑菌作
2、用;挥发油在1.25%时对临床绿脓杆菌仍有抑菌作用;乙醚提取物对标准绿脓杆菌的MIC为250mg/mL,对临床绿脓杆菌的MIC为125mg/mL;水提物对标准绿脓杆菌无抑制作用,对临床绿脓杆菌的MIC为125mg/mL。正丁醇提取物1、2的总皂苷含量测定结果为28.71%、31.27%;总黄酮的含量分别为43.25%、44.31%。结论:研究提示正丁醇提取物1、2、3和残渣及挥发油对绿脓杆菌有明显的抑菌作用,四者之间的抑菌作用没有显著性区别。水提物和乙醚提取物对绿脓杆菌有抑制作用,抑菌作用比正丁醇提取物
