6、angesincolour,texture,flavourandnutritivevaluecausedbydrying.Freeze-dryinggiveshighproductqualitybutatarelativelyhighproductioncost.Theeffectofvariousdryingtreatmentsonthecarotenoidstabilityinthedaylilyflowershasalsobeenstudied.Applicationofinfrareddryingtof
