1、摘要毕业设计说明书GRADUATEDESIGN设计题目：冲床上料机械手控制系统设计学生姓名：专业班级：学院：指导教师：欲得本设计全部资料QQ2297806922008年06月18日摘 要随着机械加工工业的发展,冲床上料所采用的手工送料方式,由于工人劳动条件恶劣以及质量不稳定,越来越不能满足社会的需求。II摘要气动技术具有一系列显著优点，在工业生产中得到越来越广泛的应用，已成为自动化不可缺少的重要手段。因此，结合气动技术，采用自动控制机械手来代替传统手工送料方式已经得到普遍的认可。本设计研究了冲床上料的整个工艺流程和电气控制原理，利用PLC实现对冲床上料机械手进行自动化控制
2、。因此，设计主要是针对上料机械手系统的程序控制部分。根据机械手工作特点，设计了两种工作模式，手动调试模式和自动控制模式。其中自动控制部分又分为多种工作方式，包括单步，单周期，连续工作方式以及回原点的自动控制。本设计的另一个特色就是利用机械手系统实现了备料台和冲床的工作控制，通过程序设计使备料台的运动，冲床的工作与机械手的运动相配合，顺利完成了冲床上料的系统化控制。另外，优化设计了机械手的整个运动过程和气压传动控制。为了实现程序化控制，还做了安全保护，PLC的I/O接口设计，地址分配等相关工作。基于PLC的冲床上料机械手系统，具有功能完善，维护方便，容易改造；能耗低等特点，可
