3、eriormedialincisionandtheanteriorlateralincisionwereusedinthetechnique,whichwasplacedinthemedialandlateralareaofthetibia.Therewere8casesoffractureofthetibiaplatformwithexternalfixationwiththetibiaproximalfixation,4cases,4women;Age27-56,average41.5years;Accordingtotheschatzker:typev6,t
4、ype2;Inthetechnique,thestentwasplacedinthedistalendofthefemurandtheproximaltibiaintheproximaltibia,andtheinsideofthetibiaonthemedialsideofthetibiaandtheoutsideofthetibiawereplacedinthefixationplate.Resultspureapplicationoftheproximaltibia12patients,11patientswithlockingplateforfollow-
5、up,allpatientswithoutfracturenonunionordelayedunion,nobonefasciaroomsyndromeanddeepvenousthrombosisoflowerlimbs.Thefunctionofthekneejointwasrated72-90bytheHSSscoringmethod,averaging81.0.Patientswithexternalfixatorcombinedwithproximaltibiallockingplate8patientsallreceivedfollow-up,allp
6、atientswithoutfracturenonunionordelayedunion,nobonefasciaroomsyndromeanddeepvenousthrombosisoflowerlimbs.TheHSSscoringmethodwasrated76-90,averaging83.0.Conclusiontheexternalfixatorcombinedwithproximaltibiallockingplatetreatmentforcomplexfracturesoftibialplateauwithsimpleapplicationofp
